Contract and Outsourced Testing

Our Contract Testing facility carries out static tests to determine the physical properties of various materials and components.

This allows us to carry out almost every type of static test on plastic, rubber, textiles and metallurgical samples to International specifications (ASTM, ISO etc) as well as components made from these materials.

• Hardness testing (Rockwell, Shore)
• Tensile, compression and flexure tests from 0.5N – 250kN
• Melt flow index tests
• Component testing
• Colour comparison and assessment (spectrometer)
• Thickness of coatings (plastic/metal galvanizing etc)
• Leak testing on packaging
